Who you are contracting with
Atlas is operated by Atlas Technologies, San Antonio, Texas ("Atlas", "we", "us"). By using Atlas you agree to these terms and contract with the seller named here.
Using Atlas
Atlas is an AI assistant. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing others' intellectual property, and no interfering with the service's security (including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or overloading the service).
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can sign out or stop using Atlas at any time.
AI output
Atlas can be wrong. Answers, summaries and briefings are generated and should be verified before you rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you type and attach. You grant Atlas permission to process that content solely to produce your answers.
Intellectual property
Atlas and its software, documentation and branding remain the property of the seller. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Payments and subscriptions
New accounts start free with a limited starter allowance. Atlas Pro is a $9.99 monthly subscription that renews until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Availability
Atlas is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may limit, suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.
